How To See The Doctor

Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

(Please note that the telephone lines are switched over to the emergency on-call service from 5.30pm-8.30am.)

Surgery Hours - Monday 8.30am-7.30pm
Tuesday-Thursday 8.30am-6.00pm
Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Patients can access a variety of appointments. We have on the day appointments, one-week-in-advance appointments 48-hour and 96-hour appointments. Please be prepared to leave your details if you are unable to obtain an appointment within the 48-hour time period. Urgent cases will be seen on the same day but not always by the doctor of your choice.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will not be seen and will have to re-book.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel as soon as possible so that it may be offered to someone else.

Please call this number if you need a doctor urgently between 5.30pm and 8.30am. Please be prepared to give all relevant information to the receptionist, and note that you may be asked to attend the allocated treatment centre if at all possible. Your call will be charged at the local rate and may be recorded.
