WE SEEM TO BE EXPERIENCING INTERMITTENT PROBLEMS WITH OUR TELEPHONE SYSTEM. CALLS APPEAR TO BE COMING THROUGH THE RECORDED MESSAGE AND OPTIONS MENU BUT THEY ARE NOT ACTUALLY CONNECTING WITH OUR RECEPTIONISTS.
WE HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH OUR SUPPLIER AND THEY ARE LOOKING INTO THE PROBLEM. WE KNOW THIS IS FRUSTRATING, BUT PLEASE BARE WITH US AND WE WILL HOPEFULLY HAVE IT UP AND RUNNING AGAIN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. WE ARE TRYING TO DIVERT ALL INCOMING CALLS TO THE PRACTICE MOBILE BUT THIS REDUCES THE NUMBER OF CALLS BEING ANSWERED AT A TIME TO 1.
